I dig the symmetry and simplicity.
I'm not sure what I'll do for grip on the pegs, either
hockey tape or find a pair of rubber handgrips for 1 inch
handlebars to slide on.
The 1/2" bolt that holds the peg on also acts as the pivot
point for the foot levers. I cut a simple aluminum bushing
(round tube, 1/2" internal diameter) for the lever to
rotate on, and the important part is that it keeps a gap
between the two halves of the peg just barely wider than
the lever, so the lever can spin freely without binding.
